Greetings
I want to introduce myself to the Southern Oregon Hockey community!
My name is Bobby Ruddle, and I am from Breckenridge, Colorado! I started playing hockey when I was 4 years old and never looked back. I started my junior hockey career here in Medford, Oregon playing for the Southern Oregon Spartans during their 2010-2011 hockey season. I then continued to find success on the east coast playing for the Florida Jr. Blades in Estero, Florida. I have always had a passion for coaching, and helping other players build up their confidence on the ice! So, naturally after juniors I jumped right into coaching. I have held a variety of coaching positions from a skills and drills instructor, to an AA Bantam coach and I was the Assistant Coach of Breckenridge Bolts Junior Hockey team.
With summer coming to an end, and in-house hockey approaching, I am excited for the upcoming season! As the new Hockey Director, it is my goal to create a program where kids can develop and refine their hockey abilities, all while maintaining a welcoming, fun, and safe environment. My focus word for this upcoming season is: Growth. I hope that with our efforts that our program will see growth among our players and within our hockey community! I am incredibly excited to be a part of this organization, and I look forward to seeing you all around the Rrrink!
